Response times
We answer every email within 2 business days, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
What to include
To help us respond quickly, please put your order number in the subject line. For damage or defect claims, attach clear photographs of the piece and the outer packaging, and write to us within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
