These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By browsing or ordering, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

This store is operated by Mrid Cera, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Mrid Cera.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout.

Products and handmade variation

All Mrid Cera pieces are thrown and glazed by hand. Glaze tone, surface, depth and dimensions vary from piece to piece, and no two pieces are identical. Photographs are representative, not exact. Colour reproduction also varies between screens. This variation is intrinsic to the work and is not a defect. Please read our Returns & Refunds policy before ordering.

Every piece is checked before dispatch. Pieces with structural faults do not leave the studio.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately as set out in our Shipping policy.

We try to keep pricing and stock accurate but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we will contact you, and you may either confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order in these circumstances.

Payment must clear before an order is dispatched. Your order is accepted only when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken.

Order limits

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, and may decline orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers. For wholesale and hospitality quantities, please use our trade enquiry route rather than the retail checkout.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping charges, dispatch times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping policy. Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Care and use

Our stoneware is dishwasher safe and microwave safe. It must not be used on an open flame, a direct stovetop, or under a grill. Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes. Damage caused by misuse, accident or normal wear is not covered by our returns policy. See our Care & Use guide.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product designs, photographs, text, the Mrid Cera name and logo — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.

Your conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to submit false information, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

Accuracy of the site

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or that all information is complete. We may change products, prices and content at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Third-party services

This site uses third-party services for hosting, payment and delivery. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
