Shipping

We ship handmade stoneware across India. Because every piece is fragile, we pack slowly and carefully rather than quickly.

Shipping charges

Orders of ₹2,000 and above — free shipping, anywhere in India.
Orders below ₹2,000 — flat ₹150, anywhere in India.

The charge is calculated automatically at checkout. There are no hidden handling or packing fees.

Dispatch and delivery times

Dispatch: within 2 to 4 business days of your order being placed and payment confirmed.
Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Remote and north-eastern regions, and Jammu & Kashmir: 8 to 12 business days after dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the order date.

Made-to-order and pre-order pieces

Some designs are fired to order. Where this applies it is stated on the product page, and the lead time is up to 25 days before dispatch. We will confirm the expected date by email once your order is placed.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking link when it is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, write to us at mridcera@gmail.com.

Packing

Every piece is individually wrapped and cushioned, then packed into a double-walled carton. Larger and multi-piece orders are compartmented so pieces cannot touch in transit.

Damage in transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening. Report any breakage to mridcera@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the piece and the outer carton. We replace or refund at our cost. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully before completing checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; the second shipping charge is payable by the customer.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through this website. For orders outside India, including trade and hospitality volumes, write to mridcera@gmail.com and we will quote freight case by case. Any import duties, customs charges or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
